Do you have space for trailers/boats/RV's?No, our facility is storage lockers only.
We don't have any space to store vehicles or similar, sorry.
Is there someone there during the day or on the weekends?
Our facility is fairly small, so we don't have a full time person on site. However, most of our process is automated, so we can get you into a storage unit at almost any time. Just call us!
Are your units climate controlled?
No, sorry, we do not have any climate controlled units.
What hours is the facility open? Can I get in to my unit after hours?
Yes, the gate access is 24/7. You can go any time. Please note that this is a secure facility. Your gate code is logged, and we have several security cameras that record all comings and goings in the facility.
What is the process for renting a unit?
Easy! You can create an account online and attach your credit card to it for automatic payments each month. Once your account is created and you have chosen a unit, we will get an email and confirm your account (usually within the hour) and provide you with a gate code. Once that step is completed you are free to start moving in. Don't forget to bring your own padlock!
What types of payment do you accept?
Most tenants are on a credit or debit card, but we can accept Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, ACH, Apple Pay, etc. Pretty much anything but cash or check. In special circumstances we can work something out for cash or check if necessary.
Do you require insurance?
We don't, but we highly recommend that you have some type of insurance. This is an older corrugated metal facility; it is not air-tight. Many homeowners policies cover self-storage units, or you can purchase your own temporary renters insurance policy. Contact us for more information.
